Around town
- People watch at a park
- Discover a new park

- Plan a scavenger hunt
- Find a local museum to discover your town’s history
- Go stargazing
- Bicycle on a new path
- Create summer blessing bags for the homeless in your community
- Go on a spontaneous roadtrip
- Pick up trash around the community
- Visit an art gallery
- Find locally grown produce and handmade/homemade goods at a farmer’s market
- Listen to live music in the park

- Find a body of water – creek, lake, ocean etc. and rest

In the Backyard
- Walk barefoot
