Reading Time: 4 minutes

In this post we share photos from an afternoon in Capitola, California, a charming Monterey-coast seaside town.

About Capitola

Capitola is one of California’s oldest seaside resort towns. Though its history dates back a thousand years due to it being a home village for Indians, it became the tourist destination “Camp Capitola” in the 1870s.

Today, Capitola’s Esplanade, Mediterranean facades, local community events and seaside landscape continue to attract visitors.
